課程概述 |
本課程在基本生物化學及遺傳學基礎上，以細胞為主體將動物細胞的構造與性質作較深入的介紹。內容將從分子構成蛋白質及細胞結構的特性開始，接著介紹與細胞功能的相互關係。然後是細胞內的訊息傳遞特性、蛋白質的運輸及細胞骨架扮演的角色等。接著是細胞週期的調控與細胞凋亡，最後是以細胞不正常發育—腫瘤的形成為結束。 |

期望提供對動物細胞結構與生物功能作更深一層的認識，作為學習分子生物學及其他較高等生物學領域的基礎。 |
